Starting 11 September 2017, your credits will be deducted every time a customer books your service.
The booking cost will be deducted every Friday for all jobs that are booked during the week. This cost is refundable if the customer ends up cancelling the job.
To request for a refund for the booking cost, please fill in this FORM (within 3 days of the job cancellation).
We will refund the credits back to your wallet (within 7 days of form submission) after we have verified with the customer that the job has been cancelled.
