Starting 8th August 2018, your credits will be deducted every time a customer books your service. This cost is refundable if the customer ends up cancelling the job.
To request for a refund for the booking cost, please follow a few simple steps as below:
1. Go to “Wallet” and select the transaction that requires refund
2. Select “View Details” and “View Request Details” to confirm on job ID
3. Select “Request For Refund” and then submit with the selected reason
Note that you must request for a refund within 1 week (7 working days) after the job is cancelled. Kaodim team will refund the credits back to your wallet (within 7 days of form submission) after we have verified with the customer that the job has been cancelled. For more info, please refer here.
