If you see grey check marks next to your message, the message has been sent to the recipient.
If you see blue check mark next to your sent message, the recipient has read your message.
If you do not see blue check marks next to your sent message:
- The recipient may not have opened your conversation.
- You or the recipient may be experiencing connection issues.
If you’re having issues contacting the customer, consider calling the customer directly or contacting our support team.
