No, you do not have to. The moment you are booked for a request, an event is automatically created. In your calendar, this event is displayed on the date and time when the customer needs the request.
If the customer gave more than 1 date & time option on when he needs the request, this event is displayed on the date & time you chose during the quote submission/job acceptance.
If the customer did not provide a time on when he needs the request, this event is displayed at 7 am of the date you selected.
Note: By default, all events created have a 1-hour duration
